Ingredients for Spicy Fried Fish Recipe:
Fish (Rohu or Damra) 1kg
Salt as per taste
Gram Flour 4 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Ajwain ½ tsp
Cumin (Crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 2 tbsp
Hot Spices 1 tsp
Red Chili Crushed 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yellow Color ¼ tsp
Vinegar 1 cup
Egg 1 piece
Cooking Oil as per required
Method for Spicy Fried Fish:
Cut the fish into medium pieces and add it in a pot.
Now add and mix well vinegar, salt 2 tbsp, ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp. Keep it in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
Wash the fish and add it in the bowl with gram flour, yogurt, Ajwain, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, egg, cumin...
