Mixed Vegetable Aaloo, Matar, Gajar Ki Recipe

Mix Sabziyon ke Katlas

Ingredients:

Aloo (Potato)
Matar (Pea)
Phool gobhi (coli flower)
Gajar (carrot)
Saim ki phalli (bean)
Rayi adha (mustard)
Black pepper
Red chili powder
Lemon
Coriander leaf (hara dhanya)
Adrak lehsan pisa hoya
Andey (Eggs)
Namak (salt)
Dabal roti ka chura
Hari mirch (green chili)
Oil

6 darmiane size ke chilke utar lain
1 cup chile hoye
1 alag alag kar lain
3 darmian mein se guda nikal lain
8 chotey chotey turkey kar lain
½ tea spoon

½ tea spoon

4 bareek kati hoyi

Cooking Directions:
Sab se pehle boil potatoes ka kante ki madad se bharta bana lain. Ab aik fry pan mein aik tea spoon cooking oil daal kar garam karain, phir adrak lehsan, pisa howa daal kar gajar, gobhi, matar, saim ki phalli ko halka sat al lain ta keh inn ka pani khushk hojaye in ko bhi pees kar bhartey mein mila dain phir sarey masalhe mila kar ½ ghante ke liye rakh dain ta keh rayi ki zara si khatayi aa jaye. Hath ko zara se pani ke sath gila karain aur ksi bhi shakal mein katlas bana lain pehle anda phait kar lagayain aur phir bread crams laga kar rakhte jayai. Aik fry pan mein coking oil garam karain aur halki aanch par golden brown kar lain jab golden brown ho hayain to nikaal kar aik paper par phaila dain takeh in ki chiknayi jazb ho jaye.
