Procedure:
1. Chanpon ko kantay say goodein aur in par sirkah mal dein.
2. Hara dhanya, podina, hari mirch, lehsan aur piaz mila kar pees lein.
3. Yeh chatni numa amezah namak, mirch aur tamatar degchi mein dal dein aur chanpon ko bhi degchi mein daal kar itna pakaye keh chanp gal jayein aur pani bilkul kushk ho jaye.
4. Anch dhimi rakehin phir utar lein.
5. Ab anday mein namak mirch, zirah aur garama masalh dal kar phaint lein.
6. Jabkeh doosra anda ubal kar gol gol qatlay kaat lein.
7. Salad kay paton ko lemon kay ras mein bhigo kar aik dish mein rakh lein phir fry pan mein ghee kar karayein(garam karein) aur chanpon ko pheitein huye anday mein dubo kar tal lein.
8. Jab chanp donon atraf say surkh ho jye to nikal kar dish mein salad kay patton par rakhein
9. Is tarah tamam chanpon ko surkh kar kay nikal lein aur dish ko bareek gol katay tamataron aur anday kay qatlay piaz kay lachay aur haray dhanye kay sabit paton say saja lein aur nosh farmayein.
