Method for Spicy Fried Fish:
- Fish (Rohu or Damra) 1kg
- Salt as per taste
- Gram Flour 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Ajwain ½ tsp
- Cumin (Crushed) 1 tbsp
- Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder 2 tbsp
- Hot Spices 1 tsp
- Red Chili Crushed 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Yellow Color ¼ tsp
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Egg 1 piece
- Cooking Oil as per required
Method for Spicy Fried Fish:
- Cut the fish into medium pieces and add it in a pot.
- Now add and mix well vinegar, salt 2 tbsp, ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp. Keep it in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
- Wash the fish and add it in the bowl with gram flour, yogurt, Ajwain, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, egg, cumin crushed, hot spices, powder, black pepper powder, yellow color, turmeric, ginger & garlic paste. Mix them well and keep this mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Now deep fry the fish pieces in the cooking oil until golden brown.
